Develop new suppliers and manage the manufacturing center budget associated with these services.Purchase of miscellaneous materials for the operation (e.g. Stationary) and handle the associated budget for these supplies used.Manage the warehouse Communications and Events, serving as link with the Human Resources team, and handle contacts with the community in coordination with the Sustainability area in matters of socio-environmental responsibilities.Responsible for the compliance of legal requirements, payment of fares, etc. Become a key link with the Polo Industrial Ezeiza representatives and with local government authorities.
This position is based at the Ezeiza Warehouse.

Responsibilities
Act as the Custodian of the facilities Security, Custodial Services, Cafeteria, Transportation, general House Keeping and In-house medical service, all associated with the Personnel Wellbeing, meeting Company Requirements and Standards, local regulations and safety conditions.
Assure the Service Providers compliance with the TCCC Supplier Guiding Principles & Workplace Rights Policy.
Assure the Safety conditions and TCCC Standards & Procedures in the operation of the Service Providers within TCCC facilities (i.e. Comm Center leadership with Custodial team, Training Program execution with all Service Providers as needed).
Manage the Purchase of Supplies Used for miscellaneous purposes (e.g. Stationary) in accordance with Company requirements.
Support Plant's Adm&Serv to manage the budget associated with these key areas, assuring the best possible service at a market competitive cost in line with the cost and productivity efforts of the Manufacturing Center.
Respond to basic inquiries from employees, retirees, and managers regarding HR plans, programs, and processes in accordance with Company policy.
Update employee's information in Workday.
Give support to the preparation of CPS AR Communications Plan.
Implement and execute the Company's Benefits Program.
Contribute to improve CPS AR Engagement and cohesion through HR main initiatives.
Coordinate hiring and on boarding process for new employees for the Ezeiza Warehouse.
Support all the training and development activities at the Ezeiza Warehouse.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct responsibility over 20 Service Providers.
