Credit & Collection Jr. Analyst

Position Title: Credit & Collections Jr. Analyst Location: Buenos Aires - Argentina
Reports to: Credit & Collection LeadJob Summary
Periodically reviews customer credit limits based on solvency and buying patterns. Coordinate collections activities for the Customer that its position manages, calling customers and maintaining an appropriate level AR for the business and minimize uncollectible accounts.Responsibilities:
Usage of SAP´s FSCM tool to manage and follow up on pending AR issues (disputes, chargebacks, short payments, deductions, rebills, payment allocation, etc.) in the cases of Customers that its position manages.
Manage of Modern Chanel’s pages, making that there are not overdue in this type of customers.
Ensure OTC process is handled accordingly to policies and proceduresBusiness Partnership
Create and maintain strong relationships with internal / external customers to leverage on them in order to achieve results
Communicate and escalate situations in a timely manner according to SSC policies and procedures
Engage with and influence other areas involved in the OTC process to resolve issues (Sales / Sales Admin / Finance / Customer Service / Supply Chain / Legal)
Key Qualifications:
1 year experience in multinational companies (fast rotation consuming goods preferred)
SAP experience (FSCM knowledge is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Fluid English speaker (30%)

Excellent written and oral communication skills, high energy, action-oriented.
