We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Argentina, reporting to the Team Leader in the region.
As a CS at Retargetly, you will ensure our customers maximize the benefits of our products to improve their campaign metrics.
You will also facilitate the integration of audiences into our customers' media and marketing strategies, participate in training, and distribute relevant materials.

We are looking for someone who: Follows up daily with our customers, proposing audiences and campaign optimizations.Acts as the first contact for technical issues, providing product guidance and troubleshooting.Owns customer problems and collaborates with sales, product, and tech teams to resolve issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction standards.Achieves and exceeds operational and sales goals.Identifies and reports bugs and errors to our tech team.Supports onboarding of new clients.Develops cross-selling and up-selling strategies.Acts as a liaison between sales, tech, and product teams to improve support processes and propose new features.Stays updated on trends in data-driven marketing, adtech, programmatic advertising, and new technologies from competitors.Ideal candidates will have: Proven experience in Programmatic advertising.Experience implementing and optimizing campaigns in DSPs like DV360, MediaMath, Xandr, etc.Background in data-driven marketing, Adtech, Martech, SaaS, or Programmatic advertising.Intermediate English proficiency.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.Proactive attitude towards learning new tools.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users (a plus).CRM knowledge (a plus).Experience with performance campaigns using Meta and Google Ads (a plus).About Rely: We are Latin America's leading AdTech company, processing over 110 billion events monthly, transforming data into actionable audiences and insights.
