Customer Success Manager SMBWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager SMB to join our team.
As a Customer Success Manager SMB, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our most important customers.
You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for our most important customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersUnderstand our customers' business needs and provide solutions to meet those needsWork closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and servicesCollaborate with our product team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customersMonitor customer usage and provide insights to our product team to drive product improvementsDevelop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionProvide customer feedback to our internal teams to help drive continuous improvementQualifications 4+ years of experience in customer success or account managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customersAbility to understand complex business needs and provide solutionsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-makingExperience working in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldWe offer competitive compensation packages and a dynamic work environment.
