Position DescriptionYou will be a key part of Pani's sales team, reporting to the COO, serving as a critical intermediary during the mid-sales funnel, and bridging the gap between initial sales processes and post-sales customer experience.
Your primary mission is to amplify the product's value to the customer, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent value addition throughout the customer journey.
You will blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure the product delivers tangible, sustained value.
You will work closely with the sales team and our internal Application Solutions team to provide a world-class sales journey.

What You Bring To The TeamUniversity degree in engineering, sciences, or relevant experienceMinimum of 3 years of plant operation/process engineering experienceDeep understanding of technical treatment plant operations, especially desalination (SWRO, BWRO) and municipal wastewater treatmentAbility to identify customer challenges and create tailored use-cases and demosOutstanding interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers and internal teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable dealing with customers across organizational levelsResponsibilitiesPartner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and technical requirementsLead or assist in product demonstrations highlighting the benefits of OI for decision-makingSupport onboarding processes, including user training and technical troubleshootingCollaborate during Quarterly Value Reviews to demonstrate customer value and identify upsell opportunitiesOrganize webinars and training sessions to maximize customer benefitsCreate technical content and value narratives to showcase product value through case studies and data pointsNice to HaveExperience with B2B sales across the customer journeyExperience working at a SaaS startupNext StepsIf this role aligns with your career goals, we want to hear from you!
