Your missionDevelop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data quality and compliance with regulationsDefine and execute a data strategy aligned with the company's goals, including data acquisition, storage, integration, and analyticsMonitor and enforce data quality standards, conducting data profiling, cleansing, and validation as neededDesign and oversee data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems and applicationsImplement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Your profileStrong background in data management, data governance, or a related fieldProficiency in data management tools, databases, and technologiesKnowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrityExperience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data analytics is a plus.
