QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree
- 2-5 years of experience in coordinating and supporting learning programs and events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word Powerpoint)
- Experience with learning management systems preferred.
- Experience in successfully managing the organization and implementing events for senior audience
- Exceptional professional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior executives comfortably a must
- Strong project management, time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel 50-70%

You will work with our McKinsey Academy team and will be based in Manila.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will coordinate multiple McKinsey Academy blended and in-person programs while working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
In this role, you will orchestrate all pre and post program actions for assigned programs including logistical arrangements, hotel arrangements, venue management, ground transportation and program materials. You will also monitor budgets and organize payments to external vendors through firm systems. You will represent the firm and McKinsey Academy, and your interactions with colleagues and clients will enhance the learning experience through professional, courteous and gracious communications. You can expect to work with a broad set of stakeholders and will be expected to communicate critical information and data in a clear, accurate and timely manner.
As a delivery coordinator you will correspond with a broad set of stakeholders, ensuring the right information is conveyed clearly, accurately and in a timely manner. You will also compile and share post program reporting on learning data as needed. Our in-person events are designed to create an impeccable client experience, which you will help facilitate. Additionally, you will also be expected to respond to on-site client and faculty needs as well as program set up (room configurations, coordinating with venue staff, and ensuring catering is organized and aligned with the agenda).
