As our next Delivery Manager, you are passionate for set, guide and accomplish team goals within the alignment with business milestones. You are able to make other shining stars and set the tone when needed for the fulfillment of promises and times of the technology team.
What you need to be successfull in this Role
3 or 4 years of work experience as Delivery Manager or similar roles
2 or 3 years of background experience as developer
Proven work experience forecasting, tracking velocity and budget of projects.
Outstanding ability for recognition and resolution of challenges, limitations focus or needs in meeting the requirements of the scope of work and stakeholders expectations.
Deep knowledge setting in estimates of time, risk, budget and work capacity
Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies as Scrum and Kanban, also is capable to adapt the concepts of agile to our business needs, creating work models well adapted to our fast growing environment.
Proficient at metrics management, prepare weekly status reports detailing current and future tasks, progress and challenges. Opens the table to the discussion of ideas and other resolution edges.
Oversees requirements gathering, definition of epics and user stories, scope and effort sizing/estimations.
Manages and directs team members by setting clear expectations and goals.
Great needs understanding, negotiation and management, knowing who to make them work as a dynamic system, taking care of the individual team members and the whole team balance.
Escalates and manages issues to Partners and Operations in a timely manner.
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills
