WHAT WE’VE GOT GOING ON
As a member of the Demand Generation team at Looker, you will utilize your marketing aptitude, analytical mindset and process-focused work style to develop the strategy and execution of various demand generation programs, including online and offline events, as well as email marketing, to drive new leads and nurture existing leads.

This is an excellent position that offers up great opportunities for an early-level marketing professional to boost their digital marketing and event management credentials.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing campaigns and plans that align with our overall team strategy and quarterly goals
Manage all aspects of event execution from contract negotiation to post-event follow up including budget, staffing, brand presence, on-site logistics, and lead generation activities
Continually evaluate event performance and metrics to convert into actionable improvements to overall event program
Research new events and avenues of lead acquisition to meet aggressive growth targets
Use Looker for your analytic needs and report on a regular basis the results of your programs
Work closely with internal SDR team to improve lead follow-up and conversion of lead to meeting, meeting to opportunity and opportunity to closed won
Be comfortable working in Marketo and SFDC to develop and execute email programs
WHAT YOU BRING TO LOOKER
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or something that proves you are a marketer by nature
1-3 years of experience in marketing with focus on B2B lead generation
Good understanding of running events and user conferences in a B2B/SaaS industry
Knowledge of B2B lead generation and sales funnels preferred
Experience in Marketo and Salesforce to build campaign assets
Able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make strategic decisions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; including a bias toward action
