Working as a Demand & Supply Manager at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be leading Demand & Supply team in South Latam. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.
We’re looking for a Demand & Supply Manager who’ll be responsible for managing Demand Planning for Consumer, OEM, Prof Trade Channels and Demand & Supply Planning for Professional (B2B) Luminaires business.You’ll be part of the Signify South Latam Supply Chain team. You will be reporting to Supply Chain Manager of the Cluster and will align closely with KAMs, Product and Channel MKTG Managers, Sales Managers, Procurement Engineering Planners, Impex Manager, and Project Managers. You´ll lead 5 direct reports spread across the region.
What you’ll do
Demand PlanningLead S&OP meetings to ensure Business plan is in line with Strategy and Growth TargetsIdentifies risks & opportunities to the financial plansImplement Statistically Forecast and IBP within the ClusterDrives customer based demand planningResponsible for 18 mth rolling 12nc forecast (QXP).Executes on channel inventory targetsLeads Project forecasting based on sales pipeline - ContinuouslyDemand confirmations review with Supply Planning (Jointly with FG planning)Execute the PIPO process for planning in the Market. (Marketing accountable)Takes corrective action plan for slow moving and obsolete stocksDrives FG inventory health through forecast quality. Own slow moving reductionIntegrates channel inventory into Demand PlanningExecutes customer collaboration programsDelivers best in class Customer Service through on time in full product availability
Supply PlanningPlan in line with forecast (Prof Trade) and SFDC data (Prof Key Accounts)Generate daily requirement through netting off free stock against orders, Ensure correct POs & track receipts on ongoing basisInventory planning, tracking and alignment.Planning for Systems & Services projects based on project timelines.Supplies alignment to maximize availability basis month closing date and customer defined routes.Timely* confirmation/dispatch details update in system & tracking
Inventory ManagementFree stock management. Publish a monthly dashboard and drive with concern stakeholders to avoid SlowMover.SKU rationalization - ongoing
Interface with Logistics, Impex & Order Management team:
What you’ll needBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferredCertification in Supply Chain Management or Similar is a plus
Fluent in EnglishPrior experience in a FMCG/CD/Automobile/Manufacturing/Heavy engineering/Medical Devices company is preferredDemonstrate experience in leading small teams.Knowledge of tools: any Integrated Business Planning tool experience is preferableArea of Experience: Component Planning, Demand Planning, Finished Goods Planning
Required Competencies:Technical/Functional Competencies:Computer/ERP skills: SAP PR4 is mandatory, APO and IPB is desirableThorough knowledge of Supply Chain principles
