Superside is looking for a Design Director to join our remote team of highly talented individuals to create enticing work. As part of our Design Directors team, your job will be to supervise junior and senior designers as well as create actual design deliverables for our most creative product offerings. You will be also responsible for the mentoring and development of a growing design team.

: 4+ years of Design experience and Agency experience as Team lead responsible for the work and development of more junior resources
: Strong Design portfolio
: Excellent communication skills in English
: Always deliver pixel:perfect quality on time and on budget
: Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
: Fast and stable internet connection
