DESIGN MANAGER (REMOTE POSITION)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Regarding this opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join our Ecommerce Unit. Here, we have made an interesting and big drop:shipping business for Trending/Viral Products, using Shopify as our Ecom platform, Facebook Ads as our main source of customer acquisition and Klaviyo as our CRM machine. In just 7 months since we have launched, we made over 2M selling different kinds of trending/viral products to 30+ countries worldwide.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be responsible of leading our design team.
The role will involve:
: Coordinating web design tasks between web designers / content creation and media buying teams.
: Understanding web design requirements and create specifications for designers
: Organize all the creatives (Landing pages, websites, ads) to facilitate access to them by any team
: Giving feedback to designers and media buying team leaders
: Coordinate work with other support teams involved on a day to day basis (IT, Translations, Copywriting)
: Basic designing sometimes
: Leadership, Marketing and Media Buying Training
: Hiring and growing your design team
: Reporting periodically
: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Planning
: Document processes in our knowledge platform.
REQUIREMENTS
: Strong English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken
: Very good project management skills
: 1:yr experience working on Advertising, Marketing or related field
: Good design skills and basic programming knowledge (html,php basics)
: Full time availability (+40 hours per week)
: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
: Reliably on meeting deadlines and goals.
: Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with an ability to work effectively in a cross:functional role
: Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast:paced and challenging environment
: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
: Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and proactive

EXTENDED SKILLS/TO GIVE YOU THE EDGE
: Being familiar with the performance advertising/affiliate marketing industry
: Experience doing same work in the past
: Experience using Asana and Slack
WORKING CONDITIONS
: Freelance position (long term)
: Position requires of 8 hours work Monday to Friday plus eventual weekend hours on demand.
: You should to be available on GMT:03 time zone from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (Uruguay, Montevideo : Time Zone)
: Must be fully committed and aligned with the companys goals and values.
