This role will be essential in leading creatively our Disney+ design team. The Design Manager will manage a team of graphic designers, illustrators and motion designers, and influence and interpret the overarching vision to drive strategic execution of design across the region in an ever-changing digital landscape. Shaping the brand design vision, working closely with the team, improving workflows and ensuring high-quality deliverables for all outlets: from traditional marketing to social media and in-service artworks.
Responsibilities:
The Design Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage a team that will create the very best content, evolving our storytelling and delivering a fresh, culturally relevant message.
- Ensure that both quality and compliance standards are met.
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across different digital customer touchpoints.
- Ability to foster an environment that supports collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Creative and copywriting team from the earliest stages of a project through completion.
- Collaborate with our global Brand & Creative teams to ensure alignment across all markets.
Basic Qualifications:

- Possess 5 years of experience managing design teams.
- Advanced level of English is a must.
- Hands-on approach as leader.
- Experience leading creative teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong consultative skills.
- Expertise in every step of the creative process: from design, editing, animation to copywriting.
- Credible, proactive and trusted partner who can build relationships and deliver results.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends.
Required Education
- Advanced level of Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Intermediate level of Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects.
