Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12 pm to 8 pm BA time
Work Modality: Hybrid
Location: Microcentro, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Salary: $1250 - $1500
Responsibilities include: Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completionAttend in-person meetings to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problemsResolve technical issues and conduct remote troubleshootingAddress user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking when necessaryFollow-up with clients to ensure their systems are functionalReport customer feedback and potential product requests/updatesAssist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usageOrganize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardwareQualifications: Great English Skills1+ year of proven work experience as a Desktop Support Specialist, Technical Support Analyst, or similar roleHands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environmentsHardware and software troubleshooting experience related to drivers, firmware (BIOS), camera/microphones, Google Workspace products, RAM, etc.Experience utilizing a ticketing system, including tracking metrics (preferred)Experience working with JumpCloud and Atlassian Products is highly preferredWorking knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners (among others)Knowledge of networking, as well as network security practices and anti-virus programsAbility to perform remote troubleshootingTime-management skillsComfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as JumpCloud, in addition to other remote access desktop programsAbility to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficientlyBenefits: Competitive SalaryGrowth & Career Development OpportunitiesCompany-sponsored travel to the United States, including transportation, housing, meals, etc.Stock Options for a Rapidly Growing CompanyHealth InsurancePaid Time OffGreat Work EnvironmentAt Fluid Truck, you are encouraged to come as you are.
