Scopic Software is seeking a Remote, Full-stack, Intermediate-level, Developer with experience using PHP and JavaScript to join our team of 250+ professionals in over 40 countries. We are looking for a proactive software developer who doesn’t shy away from complex problems. Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong PHP programming skills
• Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
• Strong JavaScript programming skills
• Expertise in React/Redux, Angular or Vue.js
• Database skills including working with schemas and using ORMs
• Module and class-level architecture skills
• General software development best practices, including proper use of Git
• Intermediate-level English reading and writing skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Stable internet connection and home computer
Preferred Skills:
• Good HTML and CSS programming skills
• Some UI/UX design sense/skills
• Experience deploying applications in the cloud
• Experience working with professional project managers and quality assurance engineers
• Server-side Javascript experience using Node.js
Salary: $8–18 USD/hour, depending on skills and experience.
Part-time and full-time positions available. Employees are paid monthly via wire transfer.
