Developer Senior

Fielo is a Loyalty & Incentive software platform that helps organizations run large-scale loyalty programs for customers and partners. We are growing fast and are looking to add a SENIOR DEVELOPER to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in Software Development.

• Excellent scope and estimation skills

• APEX Developing knowledge

• Demonstrated experience in building high-volume, scalable, multi tiered systems

• Experience in object-oriented programming and design patterns

• Exposure to mobile technologies (native and hybrid), platforms and tools

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills: technical,team and cross-team

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role with responsibilities towards server-side implementation using Java, SQL and standard frameworks

• Experience with performance testing is desire

• Advanced English / Portuguese is a plus

• Job location: Zona Norte - San Isidro

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in SCRUM methodology or Agile (desirable).

· SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) experience (desirable).

· Experience working with JAVA / APEX (required)

· Experience in WEB projects

· SQL

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong results-oriented

· Analytic skills

· Capable of Understanding client requirements and how they translate to new features or modifications.

· Collaborating with development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new developments

· Writing high-quality code on schedule
