Digital Advertising Performance (Team Leader)

This opportunity is an opportunity to lead a team who provide digital marketing services for our client's advertising campaigns.

You will ensure that the team deliver impactful and high-performing advertising in terms of click performace, pacing and viewability performance.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all display and media campaigns sold to our clients are high-performing, shown to the appropriate audience, track and optimised and appear correctly in the right location for the right length of time.

The team have to work with great attention to detail ensuring they have everything done correctly and on time.

You will be responsible for leading the team to:

- Upload digital display campaigns ensuring they finish on time.

- Ensure adverts are displayed correctly and in the correct location.

- Optimise and track the perfomance of all campaigns.

- Set up to ensure campaigns are delivered to the correct audience.

- Lead the scope and integration projects of new digital channels and platforms.

- Lead requirements definition and process mapping to be developed within platform integration projects.

You will have:

- Advanced understanding of digital display and delivery principle.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in leading a team with work load and tasks.

- Ability to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines.

- A very strong customer focus and attention to needs.

- Experience of working in a complex organisation and able to influence and network.
