The key purpose of the Digital and Tech Services Delivery Lead is to oversee infrastructure (networking, hosting) and services (desk side support, printing, communications) at a site working closely with CH Tech Support services including third providers.
This position is located in our manufacturing site in San Fernando (Buenos Aires).
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily basis operations associated to infrastructure (network and hosting) and services (deskside support, 3rd parties).Proactively manage Site Tech operational issues, infrastructure, and services, including escalation process.Understands the Strategic Tech Applications and the Support Services to maximize the value created.Collaborate with Site Business teams such as Engineering & Lab areas on issues or projects with dependencies on OT/IT infrastructure, following EHS and Quality Risk and Compliance guidelines.Point of contact for Central/Regional Tech Support Services, managing issue resolution at site including site impacts.Partner with Central/Regional Tech Services to leverage shared service provision to site.Support key Tech and Site priorities including identification of new technologies or Digital opportunities to improve.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
