Amgen is seeking an individual experienced in leading technology and innovation projects and pilots. The Digital Health Sr Associate role is for our Argentinean affiliate based out of Olivos, Buenos Aires, and will be part of the Amgen IS Organization. The role will report to the IS/Digital Innovation Lead and will help drive all project/pilot planning and execution activities.
Travel: International and domestic travel up to 10% maybe essential.Key responsibilities for the Digital Health Sr Associate will include:
Design and lead an innovative Patient Support Program in support to the launch of the Gen Med Business Unit
Lead design thinking session and be an ambassador of innovative thinking.
Lead pilot/project planning efforts (activities, timing and resource planning)
Develop the critical paths in Sprint increments
Lead Scrum ceremonies/team meetings (daily stand-ups, product reviews, sprint planning, minimal viable product (MVP) definition and Sprint retrospectives)
Collaborate with pilot team to define pilot scope, success factors and nature of MVP
Identify risk and attendant mitigations in sprint plan and MVP selection
Facilitate a disciplined approach in product backlog grooming
Maintain, monitor, and improve pilot/project metrics
Information sharing activities including: design research, problem to solve, insight, value proposition, pilot scope and statusBasic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of project management experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Experience working at a top 5 technology consulting firm and/or leading innovative technology projects in regulated industries like healthcare.
Experience in pharma industry / Biotechnology industry
Experience with Agile methodologies and techniques/processes (i.e. User Stories, TDD, ATDD, Continuous Integration & Testing, Pairing, etc.)
Certifications including one or more of the following: Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Developer (CSD), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI); CSM, LEAN, Six Sigma, SAFe, Certified Software Manager (CSM),PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
English and Spanish fluency
Knowledge and experience with web, mobile, internet and healthcare technologies
Experience in SITECORE and related technology
Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative, goal oriented and results driven
Ability to clearly and effectively present information
Ability to work independently and make decision without close supervision
Strong project management skills, lead and manage projects from concept to completion in a matrix and at times ambiguous environment with demonstrated success
Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams with diverse backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to effectively produce business results in a dynamic environment
Excellent written, analytical and oral communication skills
Documented track record of success
Demonstrated ability to analyze a business problem and develop appropriate strategy
Previous supervisory management experience
