Job Description:En Dentsu Creative buscamos Digital Project Manager / Web Design Studio (con inglés avanzado)The Project Manager for the Web Design Studio oversees web design projects from initiation to completion.
This role focuses on project planning, cross-functional team coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
The Project Manager drives collaboration, monitors project progress, and implements process improvements while supporting a productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage web design projects, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.Lead regular project meetings, communicate status and risks, and address issues proactively.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Utilize project management tools and methodologies to support efficient project execution.Oversee quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and studio standards.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.Drive process improvements and facilitate post-project evaluations to apply lessons learned.Qualifications:English AdvancedBachelor's degree in Project Management, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience managing web design or digital projects.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Microsoft Project).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Solid understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
