Improved?What you'll do- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor account managers, ensuring they meet objectives and targets.- Strategy: Collaborate with clients on their marketing goals and aid in formulating strategies.- Performance Review: Evaluate campaign results, provide insights, and suggest improvements.- Operational Efficiency: Optimize account management processes and tools for better performance.- Financial Oversight: Manage campaign budgets to ensure profitability.- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments for cohesive campaign strategies.- Business Development:Seek new business opportunities and assist in client pitches.- Continued Education: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and ensure team training.- Crisis Management: Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions.- Reporting: Update senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and account metrics.- Set up and maintain administrative work for clients:This includes the client's real estate on Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and other platforms, ensuring that all billable hours are being tracked and invoiced.What you'll bring- You have a BS/MS degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.- You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as an account manager for a digital marketing agency.- You are available to tend to client requests and attend meetings between 9am-3pm Pacific Time as needed.- You've worked in an agency setting and you understand the ever-changing priorities and deadlines of the environment.- You have a proven ability to effectively manage a client relationship from onboarding to implementation.- You are super organized and efficient with task management, able to work independently and remotely.
