The Director of Human Resources - Multi-Property is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance in the management of human resources across multiple hotel properties within the organization. This position ensures the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and support a positive work environment. The Director of Human Resources - Multi-Property oversees the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies,
and programs that align with the organization's objectives and support a positive work culture across multiple hotel properties.
2. Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees across properties, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
3. Provide guidance and support to property HR teams on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
4. Oversee performance management initiatives, including performance appraisals, coaching, and development plans, to foster a high-performance culture and maximize employee potential.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement, working closely with property HR teams.
6. Collaborate with property HR teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, staying up to date with any changes in legislation.
7. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, and employee recognition initiatives,
ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
8. Provide leadership and support in employee engagement and retention efforts, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
9. Develop and analyze HR metrics and reports, identifying trends and recommending actions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
10. Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in HR, incorporating innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness in HR operations.
11. Collaborate with senior leadership and property General Managers to align HR strategies with business goals and support the achievement of financial targets.
12. Build and maintain effective relationships with property HR teams, senior management,
and external partners to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives and programs.
13. Responsible for executing HR roadmap in opening processes of hotel projects managed by AMEK group.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
2. Extensive experience in Human Resources management, with a focus on multi-property or multi-site operations in the hotel industry.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate HR teams across multiple locations.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. High level of integrity and ethical standards.
9. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
10. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software applications.
