Dispatcher Team Lead (English C1 + Russian)We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Team Leader for our Dispatcher Department.
In this role, you will lead the dispatch team and be involved in all key processes, ensuring efficiency and precision in project execution.
You will work hands-on alongside your team, completing tasks and ensuring the success of daily operations.
Compensation: Hourly rate.

ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the daily operations of the dispatcher team, ensuring seamless communication between Project Managers, Installers, and other departments.Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot CRM and oversee task management in ClickUp.Participate actively in all processes, taking ownership of tasks.Engage in project planning, including timelines, task prioritization, and documentation.Communicate project details, timelines, and client expectations to the installation team.Handle numerical data, measurements, and project metrics to ensure accuracy.Mentor and guide the team to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.Requirements2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction.Ability to build, implement, and improve processes.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience in team coordination across departments.Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred) and task management tools (ClickUp).English proficiency (B2 or higher).International work experience (preferred).Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example.Hands-on approach to support team processes.ConditionsSalary: From $1,500,000.00 per month, based on skills, experience, and location.
