A large software company is looking for a senior IT director to join their team located in Rosario, Argentina.

As a candidate for this role, you will ideally have a very strong background in software or systems engineering on a wide variety of products, will have excellent technical and analytical skills, will have very strong written and verbal communication capabilities,

leading highly capable teams and have a proven track record of architecting complex software systems.

Technical strengths must include knowledge of software development, agile methodology and testing strategy. Knowledge of medium to high volume consumer products, large production databases, product lifecycles and new product launch processes is strongly desired. Ability to articulate and weight the tradeoffs in software architecture and design based on many competing requirements including cost, schedule, technical necessity and others. System engineering strengths must include the ability to define and + years of related Electrical / Computer Engineering experience

Proven track record as strong, inspirational leader of software engineers and the ability to coach and grow a great team (up to 100 professionals)

Experience focusing on software systems development (agile development)

Experience with measurement system design, development and validation

Experience with medium to high volume database

Experience desired with Relational database and Java Framework

Some international travel

Experience on Atlassian Toolset

Experience on Less Frame work or SAFe
