Apply Now Qualifications : BA/BS degree, ideally in engineering or business; masters or other advanced degree preferred
: 10 years industry experience preferably gained within basic materials (e.g. metals and mining, paper...), banking or service industries
: Demonstrated track record in building client capabilities, delivering and leading organizational effectiveness and change management efforts, working from a holistic perspective with all the areas and processes of organizations; this may have been achieved as a consultant or in a line role
: Keen to roll up sleeves and work across all levels of the clients organization to deliver lasting results
: Interest in people, with strong influencing,
coaching and communication skills, plus a passion for seeing others succeed
: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into prioritized recommendations
: Ability to build alignment and engage all levels of the organization, from lower and middle management to senior executives
: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively : both verbally and in writing : in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
: Comfort with extensive travel (up to 80 of time)
