We are seeking a Mars associate to join the EOS program and build our next generation Quality & Traceability processes and digital capabilities, working on our global business transformation that contributes to Royal Canin's Purpose: A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Supports integration of global Quality end-to-end processes with other functional areasSupports process design and building system capabilities to efficiently run quality operations, as well as supporting regional EOS deploymentsContributes to design of a seamless Quality end-to-end processes by collaborating with Global Business Process Owners and Functional ExpertsLiaises with Royal Canin business stakeholders to gather business requirements, provides updates on progress, and addresses concerns related to quality and food safety data integrationSupports DT team with data requirements & integrationCollaborates with DT team to create migration strategyActively participates in project planning and execution, providing subject matter expertise together with EOS Quality and Traceability Business Process Owner in food safety and quality management integration processesEnsures knowledge of new processes is effectively transferred to the trainers in charge of end user training and works with the EOS Change Experience Management team to support change management activities and drive adoption of new system capabilitiesSupports testing of new template solutionsMaintains clear and concise documentation of processes, workflows, and data management practices related to quality and food safetyFollows up capability developments with the solution providerContributes to smooth change of business processes and user adoption

What are we looking for?

+ 5 years' experience in R&D / Q&FS rolesMinimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP, specifically in the Quality Management (QM) moduleProven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting within manufacturing or food production environmentsGood computer literacy and understanding of data structureSolid expertise in quality and innovation related processes, ideally built at Royal Canin or across other Mars divisions, within the corporate R&D/Quality teams, or from previous roles at other companiesKnowledge and interest for process design and process improvementDemonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environmentAbility to present complex information clearly and effectivelyAttention to detail, and organizational abilitiesProficient English language skills (both written and verbal) linked to effective communication skills.
