Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work with an exciting, innovative luxury brand within a prestigious and professional dealership and enjoy being part of a friendly, customer-focused team.
You will manage the customer's EQ experience from purchase to delivery using your exceptional customer service skills and strong product knowledge. You will educate them on how to effectively use their new Mercedes-EQ and provide them with ongoing support through the life cycle of their vehicle. Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products. Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly targets. Maintain data history on our software system. Providing post-delivery support.
