Job Description
Estagiário Fiscal This position is on a presencial basis at our unit in Pinhais - Paraná.
Main Responsibilities Execute, under supervision, the fiscal receipt process with or without purchase orders (services, freight, electricity, and telephony) from entities;Verify invoices against internal requisitions and coordinate with other company departments;Support in controlling pending registration notes and follow-up with requisitioners and the purchasing department;Record, under supervision, the taxes highlighted on invoices for future payment;Prepare and validate tax notes for services using the TUPI tool (manage document flow in TUPI and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues);Assist analysts in controlling and issuing tax withholding guides according to invoices;Help analysts create item families in the company's integrated ERP;Coordinate with the foreign trade department to update import-related expenses;Assist in updating manuals related to fiscal activities with which the department interfaces;Support fiscal analysts in various departmental activities;Participate in periodic meetings with management and analysts.Qualifications Currently pursuing higher education in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields;Basic Excel skills;Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00, in Pinhais.If you're excited to work at Thales but do not meet all the requirements for this position, we encourage you to join our Talent Community!
