Experienced Bilingual Accountant For A Multinational Translation Agency | In Córdoba

Requisitos:As a key member of the Financial and Administration team, the Accountant will support the Finance Manager with all financial, budgetary, and forecasting matters. The Accountant will assist with regular financial analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, and cash analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis. The Accountant will also assist in managing aspects of HR & Benefits, and other administrative company matters.

Actividades a realizar:Main responsibilities
- Assisting with the monthly preparation of management accounts.
- Full responsibility of UK, Netherlands & Hong Kong full accounts. This includes all journals such as accruals, prepayment, fixed asset. Preparing balance sheet reconciliation report.
- Review & approve US & Ireland Payroll. Along with posting salary journals.
- Preparing & manage the contractor payment run.
- Completing the income reconciliation for the group (US, UK & Netherlands).
- Raising WD invoice on Xero & working with the CFO to send these to the customer.
- Preparing Accounts Receivable& Accounts Payable consolidation report.
- Prepare the costanalysis for UK & Netherlands. Check coding etc.
- Review and handle staff expenses through Expensify.
- Update FOREX rates to consolidation report.
- Upload company credit card on Expensify and submit to hard holders.
- Help manage the group mail inbox.
- Analysis and reporting on ad hoc tasks.
- Involvement in preparation of forecasts and yearly budgets.
- Be involved in ad hoc projects to monitor and improve the controls and procedures within the business and streamlining current processes.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with various other financial and administrative duties.
