About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity in our Facilities team for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Completing building fabric repairs and maintenance under the supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Manager to meet the high standards expected of a champion Formula One team.Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as re-lamping, ceiling repairs, wall and door/joinery repairs, carpet and flooring repairs, tiling, plumbing, helpdesk activities, furniture adjustments, meeting room setups, and general repairs and housekeeping.To be successful, you will have:Passionate expertise: hands-on experience in building, hospitality, or related fields, ideally through traditional apprenticeships, demonstrating a passion for innovative solutions.
Technical mastery: comprehensive carpentry and maintenance skills combined with a creative approach, utilizing both traditional and innovative techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
Respectful communication: excellent verbal and written skills that enable clear, empathetic, and inclusive interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills: resilient and resourceful, with the ability to think creatively and turn challenges into opportunities swiftly.
