Family Solicitor/Lawyer.

A client of mine is seeking a Family Solicitor/Lawyer to join their flourshing department. This firm has recently gone through an exciting internal change, which has meant that there is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor/Lawyer to join this rapidly growing team.

This is a crucial appointment for the firm, as you will become a part of their exciting growth phase and a key member of the family team.

To be successful in this position, you must have:

- 1-5 years PQE and strong private family experience.

- A good proven track record of billing.

- The ability of work autonomously and be ambitious within the job.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- A great focus on exceptional client care.

- High level of attention to accuracy.

- IT literate.

- Able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to meet and exceed the clients expectations.

- This is a client-facing role so excellent all-round communication skills are essential.

This position would suit a Family Solicitor/Lawyer who has a complete understanding of:

- Divorce and Financial Settlements.

- Pre/Post-Nuptial agreements.

- Cohabitation disputes.

- Children Act proceedings.
