Role Summary:
Team Leader Engineer. Field Services
Essential Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, receives little instruction on day-to-daywork.
Effectively prepares, manages and runs a coiled tubing serviceteam, ensuring the unit is maintained in anoperational and presentablecondition.
Works with customer representative and drill crew on locationto coordinate operations with the rig, well site and/or productionfacility. Provides record of all assemblies as run to the customerrepresentative at the wellsite.
Advises customer representative in thecoiled tubing operations, other wellsite analysis and decision-makingprocesses.
Supervises crew and equipment at the wellsite and at theshop. Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facility.
Assistswith training of assigned personnel in coiled tubing operations andmaintenance. Promotes and maintains good customer relations.
Performsall required responsibilities safely and as described in the standardoperations manuals. Performs other related duties as required.Conductsall business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSEpolicies, legal compliance requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required.
2+plusyears experience. Completes required learning activities in Phase 3of the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program in Coiled Tubingservices.
Desired Characteristics:
Proficient and have a good understanding ofcoiled tubing servicesapplications.Ability to work and communicate well with others
