Role Summary: Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction and provide Technical Support to Zone Sales and Service Team for Power and Grounding concerns in all GE products and modalities.

Essential Responsibilities:
Review and perform PQ and E Audits for New Installations, Outliers, Technical and Customer Escalations, etc. Evaluate Assign needs and tasks based on business priorities. Review in timely manner and return Customer Reports and Letters to the local teams, using appropriated format and documentation. Track Audits with non:conformity findings, assist GEHC Service Teams, GEHC PMIs and Customers in resolving identified issues with best solutions through suggested action plans. Interact with the customer's: Biomedical Engineers, Electricians, Consulting Engineers, Facility Engineer of Record, Electrical Utility Engineers. Strive to resolve findings in 90 days or less, maintain and track records of all audits, results, and corrective actions by commercial and service region. Upon request, be able to provide input and feedback concerning FE performance and PQ wins. Assist FE's, Zone Support Engineers, ASM, and Zone Ops Managers in identifying Outlier Audits using SmartSheet, Spotfire and other available tools. Make the P and G audits an automatic initial requirement for new equipment. Facilitate Audits, Identify issues, analyze, make recommendations, generate reports and keep follow:up records. Maintain alignment with LATAM PG and E initiatives, work with other LATAM PQ and E Engineers. Submit stats for Regional tracking. Train LCT PQE FEs to do Facility Audits. Power Monitors. Focal point to review Monitoring Data. Identify sites with high number of power anomalies. Work with local teams to identify root causes. Make recommendations on how to resolve identified issues. Pull, Provide and Evaluate Reports as requested. Explain reports and its implications to: FEs. customers, Sales, Electricians. Deploy and commission new Power Monitors as needed. Re:Deploy Power Monitors, always striving for optimum utilization of monitors. Report stats on Active units and non:reporting unit regularly. Maintain proper level of PQUBE/Hioki type Power Monitors in Zone. Recommend purchase as needed. Track Monitors for usage. Evaluate test/monitoring equipment for current and future use such as: PQUBE, Hioki, SureTest, etc.. Technical advisor on PG and E related matters for FE, ZSE, Sales, DOS, PMI and customer to ensure the appropriate power quality product is selected to meet customer needs. Assist in selection of proper UPS ratings for multiple loads. Recommend power quality solutions to meet customer demands for green energy and lower
operating cost. Aid and identify proper source for GEHC Sales, Service, PMIs, and customers on emergency power generation from GE Energy or other available. Coordinate with Customers to use GE Energy for PQ Solutions. Work with LA NPI Product. New Product Introduction Support. New MDP Panel Development. Generating appropriate Power Feeder Tables. Resolving Regulatory/Code Questions. Provide Technical Support for PMIs. Determine proper wire sizes. Calculate appropriate transformer size. Single system. Multiple systems. Selection of appropriate system disconnects and breakers. Interpret and Resolve issues according to each Country's Electrical Requirement. Work with customer's. Biomedical Engineers, Electricians, Consulting Engineers, Facility Engineer of Record, Electrical Utility Engineers, Electrical Inspectors. Assist Sales Teams: Proper UPS selection. Partial UPS. Full System UPS. Upgrade Power considerations. Practicality of using existing facility wiring for new system. Provide On:Site support as needed. Coordinate to help identify the best local Power Quality trained individual that would be able to help on a specific escalation. Determine the best power monitoring option for each situation. Facilitate shipment of the appropriate power monitor
