Position Description:
Field Service Engineer will be responsible:
Insert Key Responsibilities:
1) Schedules and performs Periodic Maintenance, installation, repair and modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility. Is responsible to maintain all equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics.
2) Identifies root cause(s) utilizing comprehensive diagnostic processes and takes appropriate corrective action adhering to defined Complaint Handling Process.
3) Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes following the defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, andescalation.
4) Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives as needed.
5) Responsible for maintaining and managing all assigned company assets that may include but are not limited to: Tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer & accessories.
6) Supports sales partners efforts to attain business objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1) Education level required: BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Electronic / Mechatronic, or related field
2) Years of Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in related field in Medical/Health companies
3) Language: Spanish (Native) and English (advanced level)
4) Valid driver’s license
5) Location of the role: Thames, San Isidro. Buenos Aires - Argentina.
