Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. Your role Your mission is to maintain and repair equipment in the field.
It will be your mission to support Atlas Copco Rental's growth strategy as the leader in the oil-free air rental business in North America.

As a Field Service Technician, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager, and will have the following responsibilities:

Maintain the fleet in the field Repair downed equipment at customer locations Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines Improve measurable success towards business targets Document all work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software To succeed, you need 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic An appropriate Electromechanical degree or training Proven expertise in maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics Good command of English; knowledge of a second language is a bonus High energy levels The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with temperature extremes, involving walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling In return, we offer A learning culture that supports global mobility for growth Opportunities for personal development through various training programs, feedback culture, internal job portal, and global projects An onboarding program at our North America headquarters Support for your well-being through team events and other programs Competitive compensation, including a flexible benefits plan and a 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, Life & Disability Insurance Salary based on experience Job location Based in Eloy, AZ, with travel to customer sites within the region.
