Position Title:
Field Support
- Software and Hardware support.
- Windows, printers, handhelds, videoconference, smart hands for network, datacenter and applications, including shop floor machines and systems.
- Create and maintain runbooks and technical documentation.
Skills:
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Excellent interpersonnal skills
- Previous experience with supporting shop floor environment
We Offer:
OSDE and Annual Bonus
Shift:
Monday to Friday business hours, oncall mode during the nights and weekends.
