Field Support Tier 1 (Buenos Aires : Campana)

At Cognizant Technology we are looking for aField SupportTier 1to work in a multinational customer related to agricultural machinery and diesel engines, located inCampana, Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:FSS support to internal customer. Software and Hardware support. Windows, printers, handhelds, videoconference, smart hands for network, datacenter and applications.
Team structure:The person will interact with end users, client, and offshore team members.
Required Skills:Internet, Windows configuration, Printers set up, Networking foundation, Experience with ticket management, SLAs, PCs maintenance, Relationship with third partners, and overall IT concept applied.
Technical Skill Set / Technologies:OS Windows/troubleshooting, Ticket management, ITIL knowledge
English language proficiency:intermediate/advanced

:Job type: Full time
:Shift Work schedule : Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ART
:Location: Campana , Buenos Aires.
