Job Description
Support the overall financial management within Cloud group, including planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations. Assist as the finance contact and business advisor by providing financial insights, management information, scenario planning and solutions. Work collaboratively with different functions and business operations teams to optimize profitability and manage risk across the client portfolio and non-contract costs.
Key Functions
Responsible for processing monthly journal entries: Accruals, Prepayments, reclassifications, etc.
Prepare and review SAP detailed reports
Coordinate and timely release of deliverables, deep dive into each of the deliverables assigned and propose process improvements to improve speed and quality
Results reporting and analysis including follow-up of variances
Assisting in planning/forecasting related activities
Work on Ad-hoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling as needed
Managing Biz-inquiry requests related to SAP Financials structure maintenance
Qualifications
University student/degree in finance or accounting
Upper-intermediate level in English
Experience in Finance
Strong Excel skills
SAP (desired-not-required)
Driven to learn and grow as a finance professional
