Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• To support the business within a country with sophisticated analysis, reporting, forecasts etc. (typically very large to large revenue) and may coordinate a team of specialists. To act as a Business Partner for Business Planning Analysis within a country, providing insightful and valuable analysis and decision support to the management team
• Ensure the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business; provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
• Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks. Lead and provide financial analysis and decision making support for an investment/project in a domain.
• Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately supervised and measured, and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners. Provide accurate operational information and advice to support the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and Strategic Planning processes.
• Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams, and provides valuable; provides recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement. Provide well managed and quality financial analysis in order to improve business case proposals and profitability tracking.
• Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes to meet the changing demands. May supervise the performance and development of a small team of BPA specialists.
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Have a Business Administration, Public Accounting, Engineering, Economic Degree or adequate equivalent; A post graduated or specialty in Finance or Master in Business Administrations is a plus; Sophisticated Spanish and English skills (written, reading and speaking);
• Have proven experience in similar position in a multinational company or a Big 4 in the accounting or financial analysis area; have proven knowledge and analysis of accounting and financial information or doing financial modeling;
• Have experience in the review of accounts, generation of Forecast and analysis of Income Statements, ideally for drugs or consumer products; supporting the business of financial analysis that you carry out to help with decision making; working together with the director of the product or franchise and financially advising the business requirements;
• Have experience identifying risks, sales results, proposing discounts or prices, inventories based on the financial information you prepare; presenting the analysis of financial information that they present to business leaders;
• Have solid experience and knowledge in SAP/BW, database administration tools (Access/ACL), Excel, Office, Lotus Notes; Preferably working before in Pharma companies or with Pharma projects in financial analysis projects;
• Has excellent abilities to communicate, influence, persuade and negotiate with different teams and partners; Has high ethic and integrity skills; Looks always for Operational Excellence; Has the ability to seek problems and sophisticated issues; Has excellent teammate skills.
