Finance Analyst Job Description The Digital Performance and Effectiveness team is a collaborative entity that engages across the business and serves as the conduit between the various K:C stakeholders, business leaders and project teams. Ensuring that activities are aligned to the business objectives set forth in the insight stage, this team provides benefit targeting, tracking and measuring to demonstrate value created through Digital initiatives and programs.
The Digital Financial Support Specialist will be responsible for driving results by performing expense analysis across Digital teams. With a Digital budget exceeding 300MM,
the Financial Specialist role is responsible for assessing spending trends and expectations while providing visibility to potential over:runs. In addition, the Specialist will perform monthly expense tracking of financial performance, while interpreting Global and Regional allocations to assist leaders in making business decisions to control costs.

Role will report to Manager, Global Digital Financial Support.
Key Interfaces: Corporate Finance, Global Business Services, Digital Functions, Digital Portfolio Mgmt, Digital Leadership team.
Travel may include approximately 0:5 of work time.
Key Accountabilities
: Monitor IT/Digital expenses, analyze and explain spending trends.
: Provide cost insights by utilizing ITBM, GO, IRF, Clarity and other pertinent analysis and reporting tools.
: Collaborate across the Digital Financial Support team to standardize and streamline processes and reporting.
: Manage global Billing processes.
: Prepare month end activities, included but not limited to, accruals, invoice management, variance analysis, reporting, requisition management
: Partner with the Finance organization to align budgets, investments, and support with corporate:assigned targets; ensure that forecasting and reporting is appropriate and accurate.
: Provide input, training, and guidance to IT teams on relevant financial and business concepts including standard operating procedures and processes.
: Accurate metrics reporting to enable identification of change opportunities and achievement of objectives.
: Ensure application of established corporate financial controls.

: Experience acting quickly to address any issues that negatively impact delivery.
: Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K:C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
: Strong attention to detail.
: Strong collaboration skills with ability to work within and across teams.
: Demonstrated track record of success in building trust with customers.
: Strong oral and written communication skills.
: Passion to be an integral partner to the business.
: Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
: Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
: Working knowledge of accounting and finance.
Preferred Qualifications
: An Associates or Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
: 7+ years of relevant experience.
