En Mars buscamos un Analista Sr de Proyectos del área de Finanzas por un plazo de 6 meses con posibilidades de extensión a 1 año. Su principal responsabilidad será revisar, diseñar e impulsar los procesos del área de finanzas de acuerdo a las normativas vigentes, formando parte del equipo de Proyecto local y regional . Asimismo será un fuerte soporte para el armado de reportes e informes de gestión para la toma de decisiones.
¿Cuáles serán sus principales responsabilidades?
- Soporte al equipo regional y local de Proyectos de Finanzas One Latam.
- Garantizar que los procesos de transformación se procesen de manera adecuada dentro del cronograma, Budget aprobado y legislación local.
- Miembro clave de apoyo al equipo del Proyecto con el fin revisar, diseñar e impulsar la implementación de los procesos del área de finanzas de acuerdo a la normativa correspondiente.
- Seguimiento del Budget del proyecto procurando ahorros
- Garantizar la documentación adecuada en todas las etapas del proyecto, informes de seguimiento, documentación de respaldo para fines de auditoría, etc.
- Armado y presentación de información financiera a diferentes solicitudes, análisis ad hoc, etc.
- Apoyo a Finanzas en el diseño de nuevos procesos impulsados por la ejecución del Proyecto
¿Qué buscamos?
- Contador Público o Licenciado en Administración con inglés avanzado (excluyente), Portugués (deseable)
- Experiencia en participación de proyectos en áreas financieras/contables , o en Consultoras de Outsourcing.
- Gestión de procesos y experiencia en diseño de procesos (idealmente en roles de consultoría de procesos )
