About the role
We are looking for a Finance Specialist, responsible for planning, organizing and controlling all our financial and accountable processes.
A successful Finance Specialist in our company uses financial management knowledge to perform cost analysis, prepare budget reports, and evaluate current accounting trends. You should also advise our senior management team on strategic decisions ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations.
What youll do day in day out:
Perform and analyze financial statements, tax declarations and document meaningful explanations for fluctuations to help management with business decisions
Analyze financial data to identify our companys status
Conduct cost and benchmarking analysis
Prepare budget reports
Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans
Design and review fiscal policies
Identify investment opportunities
Advise our senior management team on financial planning (e.g. company financing, and loans)
Create forecast models based on current and past financial results
Create cash flow models
Manage account payables and receivables
What youll need to have:
5+ years experience as a Financial/Accounting Specialist, Financial/Accounting Analyst or relevant role
Strong accounting skills and knowledge
Familiarity with finance and statistical analysis software
Understanding of financial and accounting principles
Ability to analyze market trends and provide data:based advice
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to present and explain investment information and financial plans
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
