As a Finance Specialist in O2I Premium Engagement, you will be able to execute operational (including transactional) tasks independently and deal with customers' queries.
Gain a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions and maintain good relationships with external and internal customers.
Expectations & Tasks Preparation of period closeEnsure accuracy in the financial records through proper execution of operational tasksMonitoring and ReportingCooperation and Communication with internal and external customersSupport projects and/or improvement activitiesParticipate in the monthly close processesResponsible for administration of customer contract which includes the booking of a contract, invoicing customers, invoice delivery, and revenue recognition of deals bookedEnsure timely and accurate customer billing.
