Financial Analyst

POSSIBLE seeks a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. We are looking for someone who is bright, organized, has a passion for digital marketing, and is eager to learn about the industry. You possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and consistently show a strong attention to detail.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
What you'll do:

- Monthly reporting:

- Prepare the drafting of accounts of P&L and balance sheet statements under IFRS and report within the WPP group reporting tool.
- Inter-company reconciliations and confirmation of balances.
- Explain variances between actual vs. forecast.

- Coordinate with external accountants on the delivery of information needed to meet reporting deadlines.
- Review the documentation needed to set-up vendors and clients under SOX controls standards.
- Three way match of vendor invoices, expense claims and weekly payments preparation.
- Project reporting: follow up of the employees’ time tracking to create accurate bi-weekly and monthly burn reports, analyze the project health comparing with budget and forecast.
- Direct support to the Client Strategy Director with the creation and follow-up of client SOW, as well as follow-up on signature and Purchase Order submissions by client.
What you'll need:
Minimum of 6 months of administrative/ finance experience in a practice or related in industry.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced / Proficient Excel skills.
- Expert in Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively manage workload to effectively deliver multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and excellence.
- Must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.
- Sense of humor, flexible, and tolerant of last minute changes.
- Team player who is responsive and reliable.
