Position Description:
Flowserve is looking for a financial analyst for their FP&A; function. This position will be an Individual Contributor, located in our Mendoza, Argentina operation
Position Requirements:
- Maintain data and reports on the financial performance and the operational metrics of the Platform and by Region / Site. Review site inputs ensuring data is reliable to review and consolidate forecasts and budgets.
- Business partner for the platform headquarter functions including Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D; and other operational functions. This includes monitoring spend and preparing related forecasts / budgets with the department owners
- Work closely with the Flowserve functional business partners and other platform FP&A; ensuring alignment on functional processes and platform related spend (Sales, R&D;, Engineering, IT, Finance, etc.
- Support the planning and forecast process for the platform.
- Analyze performance metrics, trends and seek reasons and drivers for change. Deliver insight into trends, risks and opportunities
Preferences:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or higher
- 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A; and have a good experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in International / multinational companies preferred
- Advanced English
- Strong Analytical Skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, highly self-driven and self motivated
