Job Description Summary:

Support the Senior Leadership Team decision making, providing accurate and on time finance information, to support the value creation.
Provide directions, provide strategic insights , manage finance activities for BP / RE cycle for the entire BU ( 6 countries) . Manage communication with Latin American Group and Corporate related to financial performance, being the connection between CF managers and BU finance SLT . Balance Sheet understanding as well as Bottler P&L understanding and Blue Bottler financial report ( RE and BP) is part of its responsibilities.RE Process

- Give directions for SLBU RE process on a quarterly basis and SLBU Flash RE monthly.
- Supervise 6 countries RE for financial consolidation
- Review and analyse SLBU Financial data (Actual Results, Rolling Estimate, Business Plan, Brand Contribution, Economic Profit, etc.). (6 countries)
- Manage and prepare information for Finance Review with finance SLT and BU President on a monthly baiss
- Provide insights to anticipate Risks & Opps to BU P&L , and provide recommendations to Finance Operations Manager and Finance VP to ensure target achievements
- Interact with Commercial Financer Managers for (6 countries), Finance Stills Managers, GFO, Planning and BBets finance team members on a regular basis

BP Process

- Generate strategic insights for 3-year Business Plan cycle , perform scenarios and make recommendation for BU SLT .
- Responsible for BP submission process ( April LRP- OCT BP-Final Feb BP Submission)
- Support Finance BP Presentation and all back-up data for LAG Checkpoints BP meetings.
- Manage the communication with Group Office and Corporate and internally with others department as Planning, Marketing among others.

REQUIREMENTS

- Finance/Management/Accounting bachelor’s degree
- MBA Preferred
- +3/5 years of financial management experience in a major consumer products or a financial services company with responsibility for similar size of operations
- Proven track record in delivering results in a large organization
- Experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Hyperion tool knowledge is preferred
