Fleet Maintenance Specialist

Fluid Truck is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This team is a crucial part of our company since they are responsible for enhancing our fleet maintenance process by shortening the time our vehicles stay at the Bodyshop, updating ETA information in our system, finding ways to get the vehicle parts faster, and checking and approving estimates for repairs.
Responsibilities include: Improving and shortening the repairment estimate timeCreating relationships with dealerships/body shopsCalling and asking for Estimated Time of Arrivals and updating all that information in our systemFinding ways to get parts for the vehicles fasterChecking and approving estimatesRequirements: Must be very organizedAbility to multitask; must have excellent time management skillsGood communication skills, written and verbalGoogle Sheets/Excel skillsWho we are and what do we do?
