Food Strategy Sr. Analyst

We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented professional to work in our Food Innovation area. In this role you will be responsible to develop the strategy for all the new businesses related to food in LATAM and make a roadmap to implement them. You will act and operate as a startup within a startup!

YOU WILL:

- Develop new projects from idea-stage to execution in several markets across LATAM region
- Make analysis to maximize impact minimizing costs and risks
- Adapt the businesses to the context of each country
- Work with a cross-functional team (marketing, operations, procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution

- Help with project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
- Give visibility to main stakeholders of the project status and follow up on next steps

REQUIREMENTS

- Hands on person
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar company or in an innovation position or consultant position
- Problem solver, analytical mindset, results-driven, with perfect written and spoken communication
- Interest in start-ups, technology, and a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
- Out of the box thinking
