Job Purpose
The purpose of the position is to assist in all Supply planning process (Forecasting, Deployment MPS, etc), generating reports, analyzing information and aiding to get to conclusions.
Key Responsabilities
- Deliver Supply Chain reports with accurate information for decision making
- Assist in the preparation and leading of DMR and SMR meetings
- Deploy and keep Futuremaster (E2E Supply Chain Planning Tool) updated with facing, promotions, bonus bags and other external events
- Support marketing team in the promotion cycle
- Update 1NAV item master data updated
- Built Sales forecast
- Support Sales & Marketing team in the launch of new products and revamps
- Support COMEX team with stock and sales information
- Analyze forecast deviations and work with sales and marketing teams to generate improvements
Job Qualifications
- Engineering/Business Administration student
- English speaking and writing
- Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated, and be able to quickly learn and adapt to challenging situations
