The RoleThe Content Production Manager works closely with the client's Image Producer and agency Content Studio to execute and create localized screens for websites and marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in Spanish.
The role also supports the language creative team with content and photography versions.
The manager collaborates with the client Image Producer, cross-functional teams, Creative Director, and Business Affairs to select content for projects involving apps, music, movies, TV shows, and podcasts.
The position involves working with the agency Content Studio in Geo to produce necessary screen versions.
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow localization strategies from the client Image Producer and coordinate with Functional Producers to meet deadlines.Plan resources and prioritize tasks with the client and agency studio.Create shortlists of campaign imagery based on client briefs.Gather assets and prepare briefs for new screen creation with Geo Content Studio.Develop proficiency in iOS & OS software and understand client products deeply.Request photo retouching for lifestyle images.Route imagery for approval and fulfill image requests from teams.Communicate with Worldwide Image Producers and transfer assets as needed.Work with Business Affairs to utilize third-party assets relevant to the region.Manage digital asset databases and archive previous jobs.Train new team members and manage content localization throughout production.Oversee staging, organization, QC, and final delivery of assets.Collaborate with the lead Image Producer on job distribution planning.RequirementsAt least 4 years' experience in graphic production, photo producing, or project management in a design firm, ad agency, or interactive shop.Creative, flexible, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).Proficiency in iOS and OS software is essential.Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent memory.Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with flexibility to work beyond standard hours and occasionally on weekends.Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.Diversity & Inclusion Hogarth is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
